1. Admission shall be granted subject to the child’s performance at Assessment / Interview / Test and availability of a seat on the day of admission.
  2. Once the child is granted admission to the School, it is requested that the parents must be doubly vigilant to abide by the Rules & Regulation of the school payment of fees on time w.e.f the fee structure as it is now or as may be amended from time to time / year to year.

Enclosures Required

  1. Photocopy of  Birth certificate / Transfer certificate in original.
  2. One passport size photograph. Parents are requested to carefully fill and submit the admission form at the time of payment of fees, it is enclosed in this booklet.

Uniform

Parents must strictly send their wards to the school in the prescribed uniform. The detail of uniform is mentioned in the school diary. The uniform wear must be neat & clean best fitted and according to occasion. The students may be asked to go back to home if he / she are found in improper dress.

Fees

  1. Annual fees are to be paid in four installments – April, July, October & January.
  2. Details of fees is shown in Annexure “fee schedule”.
  3. The fees should be paid in advance from Ist to 15th of every fee paying month. After that a late fee of Rs. 10/- will be charged per day.
  4. Fee also may be deposited by Cheque in favour of Bright Boy Public School, Alwar. If the Cheque is dishonored, a penalty of Rs. 150/- along with the bank’s clearing charges will have to be borne by the parents.
  5. Non – refund of fees- Fee once paid is non refundable for any reason whatsoever, only caution money (if taken) will be refunded after making necessary adjustment as per requirement.

School Transport

The school Bus & Van plies across the city from the selected stoppage. It is not possible to collect students from their respective quarters. School shall make efforts to organize motor transport (Van / Tempo) for children whose parents opt. for it. However, it may not be possible to organize it in every case.
